Customers often want to know how to reach out for assistance, whether through, email, or live chat on Slack. Slack invites are provided at the start of GPS' services.

Is there a trial period for your services?

We have a set period of 3 months for our services. After this, the client can decide whether they will continue using our services.

Are there any additional costs associated with your services?

Annual domain fees, CMS costs, etc. will be the client's responsibility after the transfer of ownership has taken place.

Can you explain the onboarding process for your services?

An initial call will take place to establish the needs of the business. A quotation will then be provided for services (this includes 3rd-parties if we do not provide a specific service that is needed by the company).
